Problem Statement: The redevelopment of the National Training Centre in Orchard Hills aimed to transform the land into a school for training assistant dogs. However, the project faced a significant challenge due to the potential noise generated by barking dogs, which could disrupt the surrounding estate.

Solution Implemented: To address the noise concerns effectively, Wallmark devised a tailored solution by installing a lightweight noise wall with retaining features around the perimeter of the training centre. This innovative noise wall not only provided noise mitigation but also offered retaining capabilities to ensure the structural integrity of the surrounding landscape.

Key Metrics: The constructed noise wall spanned a length of 233 meters and stood at a height of 2.5 meters, effectively containing the noise generated by barking dogs within the training centre premises. This solution enabled the smooth operation of the training facility while minimizing noise disturbance to the neighboring estate.
