Ballan VIC

With a residential estate being built in Ballan VIC the Wallmark team were contacted by the land developer as they needed a solution to reducing the noise pollution being made from the freeway, less than 100m away. After considering a few different options, the decision was to go with the Cor-ten product and Wallmark’s design and construct service.

Through the whole design and construct process the Wallmark team worked closely with developers and consultants to ensure everything our team did was in line with what they wanted and to comply with VIC roads and Local Authorities. During the process, Wallmark worked alongside structural and geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, traffic management, superintendents, and many other trades.

A few Months later, the project was complete. The wall itself is 215m long and ranges from 7.4m to 6.4m high.
