Problem Statement: Thornhill Park sought a solution that would meet their requirements for cost-effectiveness, environmental sustainability, structural integrity, and noise control.

Solution Provided: After evaluating multiple options, Thornhill Park opted for Wallmark’s Cor-ten product and design and construct service. Wallmark’s in-house project management team collaborated closely with the developer and consultants to ensure compliance with VIC Roads and Melton City Council regulations. Despite the project’s complexity, all necessary certificates were obtained, and VIC Roads approval was secured within a remarkably short timeframe of just two weeks.

Collaborative Approach: Throughout the project, Wallmark worked alongside various professionals, including structural and geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, superintendents, and other trades. Concrete testing and traffic management were meticulously organized and executed by Wallmark’s team.

Overcoming Challenges: The project site posed unique challenges, including large rock content and a high level of basalt rock. Wallmark efficiently addressed these challenges, ensuring minimal environmental impact and meeting all project requirements.
